Tomorrow I begin Les Mills' Combat... watch for a new post tomorrow!

Ooooh, goody... Rewards!

I'm going to reward myself at each milestone I reach throughout this fitness journey. After all, rewards help you to stay on track! I started this journey in January at 183 lbs. Since I'm getting married soon, monetary rewards will be few and far between. So, here's what I've come up with:

10 lbs ~ Rewards dinner with my fiancé (Done!)

15 lbs ~ Wash my gray Mustang (Done!)

20 lbs ~ Blog post about my favorite feature of my body

25 lbs ~ Wax the gray Mustang

30 lbs ~ Buy a bikini for the first time ever and two new outfits for the honeymoon

Finally...

20% body fat - A DAY at the spa (after the honeymoon, of course!)
